Crepes with different flavors

Ingredients

1 tea cup flour, ½ tea cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons butter, ½ tea cup jam to taste, 1 coffee cup sugar.

Preparation

1. Beat the eggs in a porcelain bowl, add little by little milk and ½ cup of water.

2. Add the flour little by little. It is mixed with a kitchen wire to make a homogeneous mass.

3. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

4. Put a non-stick pan on the fire. Grease with butter.

5. Fill a cake pan with dough. Pour into pan, spreading evenly.

6. When the dough has turned golden on one side, turn it over with the help of a spatula.

7. Place the crepes on a plate.

8. Fill with jam and fold into a roll.

9. 

 


Before serving, sprinkle with burnt sugar.
