Crunchy macaroni with cheese and creamy sauce
Ingredients :
300 g pasta
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
80 g grated cheese
Tomato sauce or sour cream for garnish
Preparation :
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and let it cool slightly. Then pour it into a large bowl, add the oil, spices, salt and grated cheese. Spread it well in a pan on baking paper and place it in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Serve with creamy tomato sauce or sour cream with garlic.
