Melomakarona
Ingredients:

240 ml olive oil
240 ml vegetable oil
50 ml cognac
160 ml orange juice
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
200 g sugar
2 oranges (skin)
900 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

For the dessert sorbet:

400 g sugar
400 ml water
Honey
Lemon
Pistachios for sprinkling

Preparation:

Fillimisht sitim miellin mirë me pluhurin pjekës. Në një tas vendosim vajin e ullirit, vajin vegjetal, konjakun, kanellën, karafilin pluhur, sheqerin dhe lëkurën e portokallit. I përziejmë me tel dore derisa të shkrijë mirë sheqeri. Sodën e bukës e tresim tek lëngu i portokallit derisa të fillojë të aktivizohet dhe e shtojmë tek masa ku kemi vajin.
