Cod with tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS:
600 grams of cod fish fillets
400 grams of canned tomatoes
2 deciliters of tomato juice
1 head of onion
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of black olives
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 deciliter of white wine
1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
3 dcl of oil
200 grams of flour
1 lemon, basil, black pepper
mixed spices
PREPARATION:
1. Cut the cod fillets into large pieces, add spices, salt and black pepper to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then roll in the flour mixture with ground red pepper, drop in hot oil and fry until browned.
2. Cut the onion into cubes, crush the garlic, while grinding the canned tomatoes in a mixer.
3. Sauté the onions in a little oil, then add the canned tomatoes, garlic, basil and spices to taste. Pour in the white wine and tomato juice, add the olives and cook a little.
4. Arrange the fried cod fillets in the oiled fireproof pan, pour the prepared sauces and bake the food for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
