Pispili with green onions

Pispili with green onions, traditional recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg of green onions
1 cup of tea olive oil
4 cups of tea corn flour
2 tablespoons of crumbled cheese
1 egg
Dill or mint.
Instructions:
Green onions are washed well and finely chopped. They are cooked in a pan until they soften.
Add a slice of crumbled white cheese, salt, egg, dill or mint.
The mixture is left to boil until a little liquid remains.
Put a little more than half of the corn flour in a pot.
Add hot water, salt, olive oil and make a dough.
Pour the dough into a pan greased with a little oil.
Pour the mixture of green onions over it and cover it with a layer of cornmeal (pour it through a sieve or by hand).
Sprinkle with milk or water to moisten the flour.
At the end, sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil or fresh butter and bake in the oven until it gets a reddish color.
