
Chicken stuffed with spinach and cream

Ingredients
▪ 3 chicken fillets (white meat)
▪ Olive oil
▪ Smoked pepper
▪ Finely minced garlic
▪ Salt
▪ Black pepper
▪ Spices
For the filling
▪ 150 g cream
▪ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
▪ A handful of fresh spinach
▪ Salt and pepper to taste
▪ Grated Parmesan
▪ Garlic
Preparation
Step 1: Brush the chicken fillets with olive oil and season with salt, adding the spices and garlic. Rub well so that they absorb the flavors.
Step 2: Cut the fillet in half, but not all the way through – create a sort of “pocket” in the middle.
Step 3: Mix all the filling ingredients and fill the "pocket" of each fillet.
Step 4: Place the meat in a glass baking dish that has been greased with a little butter or olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Tip: This recipe is best served with a fresh summer salad or roasted vegetables.
