Baked muffins with sour cream

Ingredients:

600 g of minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
1 bunch of parsley
2 slices of bread
Oil for frying Salt, pepper For the cream:

2 eggs
, 2 cups of yogurt,
1 cup of water,
1 cup of flour,
1 cup of butter,
salt

Preparation:

Combine the minced meat with minced onion, egg, bread soaked in water, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. We work the meatball dough well and then lightly fry them in hot oil. Place the meatballs in a pan.

Beat the eggs with a little flour, add the yogurt diluted with a little water and add it to the pan over the meatballs. At the end, sprinkle with butter and place the pan in a preheated oven until the cream hardens.
