Earthenware casserole with liver
Ingredients:
3 tbsp cottage cheese
2-3 tbsp olive oil
300 gr liver
300 ml water
1 tbsp red pepper, chili pepper, black pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 bunch parsley
Salt
Preparation:
After washing the livers, cut them into small cubes. In a pot, put some beef to boil to obtain the broth. In a pan, sauté the livers for a few minutes, then remove the livers and sauté a finely chopped onion in the same fat. Help the onion soften with a little salt and pepper. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the meat broth and tomato sauce and leave it on low heat for about 20 minutes. In another pot, melt the butter and sauté the corn flour until it turns brown. Then add the cottage cheese, red pepper, chili pepper and garlic cloves. Continue sautéing, stirring until the mixture becomes uniform. Add the cottage cheese sautéed with the flour to the onion along with the livers. Sprinkle the cooking with chopped parsley and let it boil. When the fat comes out, it's ready to be put in the oven. We put the clay pot in the preheated oven. We put the liver fry in the clay pot and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
