Sour cream casserole
To prepare this recipe for 4 people we need:
1 kg of fresh lamb
1 kg of homemade yogurt
2 spoons of flour
a little butter
2 spoons of rice
Preparation: Put the meat in a pan, salt it, add a little butter, two spoons of rice, 1 glass of water. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 220 degrees. After half of the baking time has passed, remove the aluminum foil.
Meanwhile, mix three eggs in a bowl, add a little salt and 2 spoons of flour, mix well so that the flour does not become grainy, and add about 1 kg of yogurt.
Put the ingredients in a pot, after adding a little broth, put it on the fire until it boils, stirring with a spoon all the time.
We add the yogurt mixture to the pan with meat, let all the ingredients cook together until we get a golden color, about 45-50 minutes.
