Zucchini, ham and cheese casserole
Ingredients:
60 gr butter
3 zucchini
4 eggs
100 gr yogurt
200 gr ham
120 gr kaçkavall or mozzarella cheese
1 small onion
2 tomatoes (optional)
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the softened butter, yogurt, salt and pepper. Beat them well until a creamy mass is formed. Add the bacon cut into small pieces and the grated cheese. Peel and grate the zucchini into thin strips, as well as the onion. Add everything to the mixture and stir well. Pour into a baking dish greased with oil or lined with baking paper. You can also put tomato slices on top for a beautiful look. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes, until the surface turns golden.
