Trahana with cornbread and butter

Ingredients :

1 lgj trahana per person
1 slice of corn bread per person
1 lgj lard per person
2 cloves garlic
Brine
Salt, pepper

Preparation :

Place the trahanana in water with brine (slightly diluted with salt). Meanwhile, cut the cornbread into small pieces. In a pan with butter, fry a little garlic with the breadcrumbs, add the trahanana drained from the brine and let it boil. Then add the cornbread, sprinkled with butter on top.
