The finale of "Big Brother VIP Albania 4" began with a surprise moment that immediately grabbed the attention of the audience: a clip where well-known figures spoke about the impact of this format on Albanian society. But among all, two names stood out more than the others: Arbana Osmani and Alaudin Hamiti.

Arbana, the former iconic presenter of the format, appeared symbolically through a previously filmed monologue, recalling her long career with "Big Brother". In this insert, she spoke about the reasons for her departure from the show, citing "fatigue", while many read this exit as a message with subtext, in the form of a "slap" to recent developments.

The same clip also featured Alaudin Hamiti, the moderator of "Big Brother VIP Kosova", who had previously commented on Gjesti's entry into the current edition of BBVA.
