"Someone hit me from behind", in the last days of pregnancy, the Albanian model has an accident

At a sensitive time in her life, Albanian model and entrepreneur Ardiana Lekaj experienced an accident on one of the Swiss highways. On the eve of the birth of her second child, she was involved in a three-car collision and was forced to seek medical attention.

According to "20 Minuten", Ardiana shared on social media that she had been hit from behind and suffered a major concussion. She confessed that although she tried to brake, the vehicles coming after her were unable to avoid the collision.

"Someone hit me from behind on the highway. I took a big hit overall. I could barely brake, but the people behind me couldn't," she said, describing the incident, which involved three cars.

Due to her advanced pregnancy, Ardiana was immediately taken to the hospital. Doctors found that the baby's heartbeat was initially irregular - a situation that, according to her, was caused by the stress and shock of the accident. In addition, she experienced multiple contractions, as she is in her 36th week of pregnancy, a delicate stage that can also risk placental abruption.

Fortunately, after medical observation, the baby's condition stabilized and his heartbeat returned to normal. However, the experience left a deep emotional mark on Ardiana, who admitted that she was very shocked and burst into tears.

This is not the first incident for the model during this pregnancy. Earlier, she had experienced a minor accident in Istanbul and another episode during Easter, when she saved her daughter Juna from a falling mirror.

After the recent event, Ardiana has decided to slow down her daily pace and focus on her and her baby's well-being.
