Vali Corleone was shot with 40 bullets, the Court grants the security measure for his 22-year-old girlfriend

King Valentino Corleone, who is known on social networks with the nickname Vali Corleone, was wounded yesterday by gunfire.

The court of Gjilan imposed a prison sentence for Anita Syla, the 22-year-old who shot Corleone in the apartment where the pair had been living together for a long time. The Basic Court in Gjilan has set a 30-day detention measure for Syla.

The announcement states that Syla tried to kill Corleone in the family environment, in the presence of other people. She shot with a firearm, a pistol, injuring her boyfriend in the right leg.

C., në atë mënyrë që derisa kanë qenë duke ndenjur në dhomën e ndejës, ka shkrepë me armë zjarri – pistoletë duke goditur të dëmtuarin në këmbën e djathtë të këmbës, me ç’rast i shkakton dëmtime trupore dhe i njëjti detyrohet të kërkojë ndihmë mjekësore në Spitalin Regjional të Gjilanit.

Me këto veprime e pandehura dyshohet se ka kryer veprat penale, vrasje në tentativë dhe mbajtja në pronësi, kontroll ose posedim të paautorizuar të armëve, vepra të sanksionuara me Kodin Penal të Republikës së Kosovës (KPRK)”, thuhet në njoftim.

The judge of the preliminary procedure has considered that the legal conditions for assigning the measure of detention to the defendant have been met, because other alternative measures would be insufficient for the successful development of the criminal procedure.
