Skanderbeg, the metamorphosis came from marketing, tactics and... the "barracks" regime

Six points in the last two games in the championship seem to have reawakened Skënderbeu, who has already gained confidence and is trying in every way to leave behind the difficult moment of this season, and above all the last place in the standings.
But, what matters most at the moment remains the fact that the Korça team has changed its approach and interpretation of recent matches beyond past problems and difficulties.
Analyzing everything based on the statistics so far, what has completely changed Skënderbeu's game and the interpretation of different situations on the field have been the approaches made in the January transfer market.
Despite the departures of Rashica and Rabiu leaving many doubts about the quality that Skënderbeu would have after the transfer window, the three players brought in during this transfer window seem to have taken over the entire game of the red and whites.
We are talking about the approaches of Estrella, Sabo and Nasr, who in the matches played so far have shown quality and experience, becoming key players in the module that Gjoka has implemented in Korça.
So far, taking into account the last two matches of the championship, we can say that Skënderbeu's transfer market has been extremely positive, which justifies the promise that technical director, Ardi Gjançi, made after the first half of the championship.
The fact that this Skënderbe has not given up is best shown by the movements in the transfer market and the change in the interpretation of the game that the Korça team is making in these last two matches.
TRAINING – On the other hand, if we talk about raising the level of play and above all experience in managing difficult situations, a good part of the "side of the coin" is the work that Ernest Gjoka has done with the team after the January transfer window.
"Iron" discipline in training and even stronger in the normal life of each player. The players' outings have been limited and a "barracks" regime has been established, not tolerating anyone who breaks the rules of the technical staff.
On the other hand, Gjoka has also somewhat changed the team's way of playing on the field, where the game plan has been transformed from a pure 4-3-3, to a different formation, with a 4-2-3-1 setup.
What gives more advantage to the play from the wings of the red-and-white team, but also to the management of the center of the field as a result of the two "screens" with which Gjoka has found security in these matches.
