Teenagers consume nitrous oxide balloons, the moment one of them pops

A group of teenage girls have been filmed by an as yet unidentified person drinking nitrous oxide through balloons.
At one point, as seen in the video published on Tik Tok by the page "narcos_k", one of the girls did not feel well when she consumed.
Very soon, the dangerous nitrous oxide balloons that are freely sold in the bars of Tirana will be banned by law.
The news was announced by the Minister of the Interior , Taulant Balla in the Parliament, who said that it is an illegal substance and will be placed under the control of the state until the law is passed that will classify it as a drug.
The alarm was raised a few days ago by Top Channel, where doctor Adrian Fandi showed that this substance contains two chemicals in gas form that cause mental and neurological problems.
