Juventus increase offer for Osimhen, but Saudi Arabia could ruin plans

Victor Osimhen is undoubtedly one of the hottest names of the summer transfer market.

The Nigerian striker, who is having a great season at Galatasaray, is expected to return to Napoli, but his stay in Italy seems very uncertain.

The upcoming transfer window promises to spark a real battle between the biggest European clubs and wealthy Arab teams, all ready to acquire the services of the renowned striker.

In Italy, according to what is reported by "Corriere dello Sport", Juventus seems to be favored to approach Osimhen.

The black and white team, in fact, considers the Nigerian striker as the ideal reinforcement for the attack, with the aim of strengthening the offensive department for next season.

However, the operation will not be easy at all. Osimhen's contract with Napoli includes a €75 million release clause, but this clause is only valid for clubs outside Italy, a detail that excludes Juventus.

To make president Aurelio de Laurentiis give up on the striker, Juventus would have to offer an amount exceeding 85 million euros, between the fixed amount and bonuses.

In addition to the cost of the transfer, the Bianconeri will also have to cover Osimhen's considerable salary, which currently earns over 10 million euros per year, a figure that could strain the club's budget. But Juventus are not the only ones in the race for the Nigerian striker.

Saudi Arabia, in fact, has already begun its attempts. Al Hilal, one of the richest clubs in Arabia, is ready to go crazy to secure Osimhen.

The offer, which fluctuates between 30 and 35 million euros per year, is an amount that could certainly make the striker reflect.
