First Category/ The 25th week ends, Skënderbeu, Laçi, Pogradeci & Besa win

All matches of the 25th week of the First Category championship were held this Saturday.

Skënderbeg's leaders secured an important victory at home, defeating Lushnje 2-0 and maintaining first place in the standings. Laçi also achieved victory, triumphing 2-1 over Apolonia in a hard-fought match.

Another important success was achieved by Pogradec, who convincingly won 4-1 against Korabi at the “Gjorgji Kyçyku” stadium. Meanwhile, Besa came away with three points from the transfer against Kastriot, winning with a score of 3-2.

The other two matches of the week ended goalless. Burreli and Iliria drew 0-0, while the match between Kukës and AF Luftëtari also ended without a winner, which also ended in a 0-0 draw.

After the 25th week, the competition in the First Division remains very strong both at the top of the standings and in the survival zone, while teams will aim for important points in the remaining weeks of the season.
