The Disciplinary Committee has decided to fine Dinamo coach Ilir Daja a very high amount, after the latter refused to appear in front of the cameras after the last championship match that his team lost to Laç.

Daja was fined 100 thousand lek for this decision, but at the same time, Discipline has specified that the club is responsible for this obligation of the technician.

Of course, there have been no shortage of fines for other clubs in the Superiore where problems with fan behavior have arisen, such as Bylis and Laçi, as well as Apoloni and Lushnja in the First Category.

Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Association dated 23.04.2025

1. FK Bylis, for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2. KF Laçi for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
3. FC Dinamo City official, Ilir Daja, for repeatedly refusing to give an interview after the KF Laçi vs. FC Dinamo City match, based on Articles 3/c and 6/1/c of ​​the KDE, as well as Article 77 of the Activity Regulation, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë.
Pursuant to Article 6/5 of the KDE, FC Dinamo City is jointly and severally liable for covering the monetary obligations of the club's officials.

4. FK Apolonia, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/a të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.
5. KF Lushnja, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/a të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.
6. FC Vlora Femra U-17, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit U-17 Femra, kunder Lushnja U-17 Femra, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/d të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 5%.
7. KF Erzeni U-17, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-17, kunder Shkëndija Tiranë U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
8. Flamurtari FC U-14, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-14, kunder KF Vora U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
9. Loris B U-15, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-15, Zona Rajonale Gjirokastër, kunder AS Luftëtari U-15, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
10. AS L. Millo U-15, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-15, Zona Rajonale Gjirokastër,kunder AF Memaliaj U-15, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
11. AF Brians U-11, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, kunder KF Laçi U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
12. SC Porto U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, kunder Kukësi G U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
13. AF Brians U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-11 Championship, Lezhë Regional Zone, against Mirdita-IBGR U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
14. FK Kukësi U-17, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, allowing unauthorized persons to enter the field of play and compromising the safety of the opposing team's players, resulting in the interruption of the match against Akademia Etien U-17, based on articles 6/3/j, 8, 13/2, 17/2/a, 17/2/h and 77 of the KDE, is punished with the loss of the match on the table with the result 3-0 and a fine of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
15. The official of Etien Akademia U-17, Benard Pjetra, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
16. The official of FK Kukësi U-17, Agim Belaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the players and officials of the opposing team by violating the basic rules of good conduct, based on article 13/2/a and 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
17. The player of FK Kukësi U-17, Leonard Ademaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior and attack towards the players of the opposing team, based on articles 14/1/b and 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from all activities organized by the FSHF.
18. Acceptance of the request of the player of Fushë Kruja U-17, Angelos Berhami, suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, in application of article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
