Ipswich teammate praises Mehmet: What a transfer! Convinced he will help us a lot

Anis Mehmeti transferred to Ipswich a few weeks ago and is immediately adapting to the new team. Leif Davis, the Albanian striker's teammate, has recently praised Mehmeti.
"Anisi, an extraordinary acquisition for us. He seems lively with the ball and works hard for the team, it is clear that he has settled in very quickly already.
He works hard both with and without the ball, which is a big part of who we are as a team. He will settle in even faster and hopefully he will score his first goal.
In one of his first sessions he came in from the wing, I passed the ball to him and let him do the rest. I thought: 'Wow, we've got a player on our hands here'.
He's exceptional with the ball, you can see how sharp he is. It's not just the ball game that he's good at, the best thing he excels at is the game without the ball.
How hard he works without the ball for the team, he doesn't go out there playing just for himself, he knows what he needs to do on the field for everyone.
"Everyone has the same goal at the end of the season and that's where we want to be. He knows that," Davis said initially. The latter then mentioned a mutual friend with Mehmet.
Sam Morsi was one of the players who is part of Bristol City and spoke to Mehmet about Ipswich. This is because Morsi previously played for Ipswich, while Davies also showed appreciation for his contribution.
"Mehmeti spoke to Sami when he was at Bristol. He knows the club and he was saying it's a no-brainer choice.
"To have Sami say that, how much he cares about the club and how much he respects the club. He's a player that we'll definitely miss as players and fans, but he's also brought a good player to our hands, so we appreciate that."
