Egypt coach comes out in support of Salah after chaotic Liverpool situation

Mohamed Salah's future at Liverpool has been in serious doubt after the Egyptian forward openly expressed his dissatisfaction with the current situation. The 33-year-old star has been benched by manager Arne Slott for the last three games and, after the 3-3 draw with Leeds, made strong statements that have sparked debate at the Reds.

Salah expressed surprise and disappointment at the missed minute: "I didn't believe I would be on the bench for 90 minutes. It's the third time in a row, it's never happened to me in my career." He added that he feels the club has not kept the promises made during the summer, while stressing that he feels "betrayed" by the situation that has been created.

Even the relationship with coach Slot, once excellent, according to Salah, has completely cooled down. "There is nothing between us anymore," he declared, hinting that the relationship has reached a critical point.

Meanwhile, the forward is receiving strong support from the Egyptian national team. Coach Hossam Hassan posted a photo of Salah on Instagram, accompanied by a motivational message: "Always a symbol of strength and determination."

Salah remains the mainstay of Egypt, which is preparing for its debut at "CAN 2025", on December 22 against Zimbabwe. His situation at the club is expected to be one of the hottest topics in the coming days.
