"Do you know who we are?"/ How the clash in Elbasan happened, where Bujari of "Delta" was arrested for 48 hours

An intervention by the Elbasan Police to discover several armed individuals in a bar in the city was foiled due to an incident between the prosecutor in the case, Gjergj Ceka, and lawyer Ulian Bajrami, during the review of security measures.
This episode, which was followed by the lawyer being held for many hours in the rooms of the Elbasan police station, completely avoided public attention from the event, namely the arrest of several people.
“ Boldnews.al ” has obtained the decision of the Elbasan court on the incident. Among the group of more than 10 people arrested by the city police was a well-known name in the area. Bujar Muça, also known as “Jari i Delta”, due to his close ties to the hydrosanitary company “Delta Holding”, was arrested for “failure to report a crime”.
He was released from the courtroom just three days after his arrest, after Judge Megi Strakosha imposed the security measure "obligation to appear", the same one that the Elbasan Prosecution had requested.
In the documents that the Elbasan Prosecution Office submitted to the court, it appears that, on October 13, 2025, an anonymous phone call arrived at the city police operations room, reporting the presence of several armed individuals in a restaurant, near the Bradashesh-Metalurgji road axis.
According to the report prepared by Judicial Police officers, it is stated that: " The work was immediately organized, with two groups gathering together with police equipment to carry out the intervention ."
A group of the "Eagle" Special Forces also went to assist the police forces.
At around 15:20 " we intervened in the bar, where an operational group of three employees entered from the back of the bar. The rest of the group entered from the main door of the bar. At the time of the intervention, on the right side of the main entrance of the bar, near the counter, there was a table with about ten people. We introduced ourselves as police officers, wearing vests with the inscription "Police", as did the other employees in uniform, where we informed them that a physical check would be carried out on them. Some of these citizens communicated with us at the first moment of the intervention in the bar, telling us: "Do you know who you are dealing with?", "You will be held responsible for the actions you are taking ."
Subsequently, the Judicial Police officers report that some of the people at the table verbally opposed the blue officers. During the physical search of the citizens at the table, the Police found two unlicensed weapons and a third weapon, which, after further procedural actions at the Prosecutor's Office, resulted in a permit.
As part of the operation, the Elbasan Police arrested Stefan Memeli , Akil Kërtusha and Endëri Doda for "unlicensed possession of weapons". Ervin Cani was also initially arrested on this charge , after proving that he had a permit to possess the weapon as an employee of a physical security company.
The Police also arrested citizens Hanson Mullahi , Maksim Suçi and Egi Çaushi for "resisting law enforcement . "
Meanwhile, Bujar Muça , JZ (minor), Arjan Doda, Jugers Mullahi, Blerim Heta, Taulant Zykollari and Ergys Tusha were arrested in flagrante delicto for "failure to report a crime" .
On October 17, 2025, the Elbasan Court issued security measures for the arrested persons. According to the decision read by “ Boldnews.al ”, it turns out that Judge Megi Strakosha imposed 5 “prison arrest” measures, one “house arrest” and 7 “compulsion to appear” measures, as follows:
