Serious accident in Tirana, car hits cyclist on white lines

A serious accident occurred today in Tirana, at the Palace of Arrows.
A man riding a bicycle was hit by a car while crossing the white lines.
As a result of the accident, the citizen was seriously injured, mainly in the head, and was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
