The closed-door meeting at the pink headquarters ends after an hour, Rama leaves

The meeting held at the pink headquarters between Prime Minister Edi Rama, regional political leaders and cabinet ministers has ended after more than an hour. The meeting, which was held behind closed doors, focused mainly on the political situation in the country, the recent protests and the engagement of the Socialist Party structures on the ground.

According to sources, during the discussions, Prime Minister Rama emphasized the issue of protests, describing them as part of a "digital war", while asking political leaders and MPs to be closer to citizens and their daily problems.

An important part of the meeting was dedicated to communicating with citizens and identifying real concerns in communities. Rama requested that MPs become closely acquainted with the problems related to infrastructure, public services and other issues that affect the daily lives of citizens.

The head of government also reiterated that the offices of MPs should always be open and functional, so that citizens have the opportunity to present their concerns and requests. Along the same lines, he called for an increase in field meetings by all structures of the Socialist Party, with the aim of strengthening contacts with the community and addressing identified problems more quickly.

After the meeting, Prime Minister Edi Rama was seen leaving the pink chair accompanied by the head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla. The latter accompanied him to his vehicle, where the two greeted each other warmly before continuing with their respective agendas.

Rama did not give any statement to the media waiting for him outside the Socialist Party headquarters. He only waved to the journalists, then left for another meeting scheduled on his agenda.
