DETAILS/ BKH and the police learn about "Delta Farma", investigation for a new criminal case, what connects Ilir Beqajn with the pharmacy owners?

New details are revealed regarding the control that the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH) and the police, by order of SPAK, are conducting at the "Delta Farma" pharmacy, but also at several other pharmacies mainly located in Tirana.
Journalist Klodiana Lala informs that the control has started since noon today, in the framework of a new investigation related to the contracts that these companies had with the Ministry of Health, when it was headed by Ilir Beqaj.
The control at "Delta Farma" and other pharmacies is still ongoing, while it is learned that documents that can serve the investigation have been seized, as well as computers.
Regarding this new criminal case, the role of former minister Ilir Beqaj is being investigated, to see the connections he may have with the owners of these pharmacies, and how the contracts were concluded.
So, if they were connected by procedure according to the law, or in a clientelistic manner, but it is not yet known which contracts are specifically in question.
It is also learned that checks were also carried out in some apartments of people who are suspected of having connections with the former minister Beqaj.
Controls in these companies have started after the indications that SPAK has received regarding the alleged violations, when this institution was run by Beqaj. It is emphasized that this is a new investigation, which is not related to the previous investigations on Ilir Beqaj.
In the meantime, the investigation is being kept secret so that there is no possibility of spoiling the evidence.
