22-year-old Gëzim Sinomati is the son of Sokol Sinomati, who is known by the nickname "buzederri". He escaped from Beijing Prison in 2017 after taking leave from Beijing Prison and never returned.
His wanted declaration with a green card turns out to have been carried out on September 12, 2017. Immediately, as soon as he got out of prison, he took his brother Bernard and his teenage son at the time and left Albania. It is suspected that they settled in Belgium.
After a mega-operation in Elbasan, the name of Gazmir Braka turned out to be a collaborator from the cell with businessmen, officials and prison police.
For "Gaxhai", who was the "head" of one of the dangerous gangs in Vlora, several life sentences for murder and bloody massacres weigh heavily. "Gaxhai" has two life sentences, the first one was given to him for the murder of Ilir Paja and Arbë Xhunga, two friends of Lulzim Berisha in Durrës; while the second sentence was given for the murder of Bashkim Dula, Sadik Kurti, Avdul Bajrami, Dhimitraq Mishka, Zini Haruni, Robert Myftari and the policeman Viron Rrapaj. He is a very well-known name for justice, since the murders and clashes with Zani Çaushi's group have started since 1997.

Vrasja e Avdyl Bajramit
Më 9 maj 1997 banda e Gaxhait ka rrëmbyer Bejo Bajramin, vëllain e Avdyl Bajramit, që njihej si përkrahës i bandës rivale të Zanit. Rrëmbimi është bërë për hakmarrje ndaj vrasjes së Bernard Duckës. Në fillim në spitalin civil të Vlorës është marrë peng vëllai tjetër i Avdylit, Mithati i cili është mbajtur peng deri në orën 01 të dt 10.05.1997. Më pas është lënë i lirë ai dhe është marrë peng Bejo Bajrami. Avdyl Bajrami pasi ka mësuar për marrjen peng të vëllait ka shkuar te rrethi i skelës Vlorë, për të liruar vëllain e tij. Gaxhai me bashkëpunëtorët e tij morën peng Avdylin në datë 10.05.1997 dhe e çuan te vendi i quajtur Kaminat e gëlqeres në Fshatin Kaninë, rreth 2 km larg qytetit të Vlorës. Aty Avdyl Bajrami është vrarë dhe djegur, pasi i kishin lidhur duar e këmbë me tela.
Vrasja e Viron Rrapajt
Më 11 maj 1997 të pandehurit në mënyrë të organizuar kanë shkuar në Komisariatin e Policisë Vlorë, për të marrë një mjet të blinduar dhe para se të largoheshin kanë vrarë oficerin e Policisë shtetasin Viron Rrapaj. Lidhur me këtë ngjarje, gjatë këtij hetimi gjyqësor arritëm të provojmë se: Policia kishte të dhëna se bandat që vepronin në qytet do të sulmonin Komisariatin, për të marrë prej aty mjetet e blinduara. Në fillim rreth orës 11:00 të datës 11.05.1997, në Komisariat kanë shkuar tre-katër persona të armatosur dhe kanë hyrë në fillim tek oficeri i rojës. Aty njëri prej tyre është prezantuar si “Gaxhai” dhe ka kërkuar që të merrte kontakt me drejtuesit e policisë dhe ka kërkuar të merrte blindat për t’u mbrojtur nga Zani. Pas disa minutash, para Komisariatit të Policisë erdhën mjaft makina dhe prej tyre zbritën rreth 30-40 persona të armatosur, të cilët u futën në oborrin e Komisariatit. Pjesëtarët e organizatës kriminale kontaktuan me Oficerin e Policisë Haxhi Demiri, i cili u shpjegoi se nuk mund të merrnin mjetet e policisë. Pasi u sqaruan, personat e armatosur u tërhoqën nga Komisariati. Duke dalë nga oborri i Komisariatit, Alfred Nebiu (Kakami), ka parë policin Viron Rrapaj në derën e brendshme të Komisariatit dhe ka qëlluar në drejtim të tij duke e vrarë.
The murder of Dhimitraq Mishka

The murder of Zini Haruni

Before this court, citizen Ardian Tase, who was present when the members of the Gaxhai gang took the victim, testified about this event.
The murder of Robert Myftari
On August 8, 1997 in the place called Skelë near the bar "Miami" Vlorë, the defendant Sokol Sinomati shot the citizen Robert Myftari, who was traveling by car with his wife Amarilda Halili.
