Foreign media write that, more specifically, the World Health Organization's regional director for the Eastern Mediterranean, Hanan Balki, gave a general overview of the impact of the war in Iran during the first weeks.
In a press conference, she stated that the fighting has caused one of the most widespread crises in recent decades, resulting in more than 3,300 deaths, more than 30,000 reported injuries, more than 4.3 million people displaced, while 116 verified attacks on healthcare facilities have been recorded.
