Name+Photos/ England revokes the residence permit of Berisha's supporter's brother. "Danger to public safety"

Fation Dauti was back in the news on December 21, 2021, in all Tirana media, when he forcefully kicked the PD door, from where Berisha entered, in an attempt to take the party from Lulzim Basha.
The young man from Golaj i Kukës, in the past has been the subject of news in the British media, as it was a priority of several years of surveillance by the NCA "British Crime Agency".
Fation Duti was considered by the NCA to be violent and a risk to public safety.

In 2019, he was refused the renewal of his residence permit, after he had married a European citizen in England. Two years later, he lost the appeal of the decision in SIAC - "Special Immigration Appeals Commission".
The NCA says that Fation's criminal activity in England was followed by his brother, Isufi, who arrived illegally in 2012.
At the proposal of the NCA, the Home Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, revoked Isuf Dutaj's IRL permanent residence permit, obtained from his marriage to a European citizen. This happened when he was on vacation in Albania, so he was unable to return.
The Sunday Express newspaper, to which Top Channel refers, writes that Isuf Dauti has appealed the decision from which the NCA has disclosed a series of information that connect him with the underground world of Albanian crime in the island state.
According to the Home Office, Isufi was in control of a part of the criminal network, which was previously run by his brother Fationi.
Isuf Dauti's lawyers denied involvement in criminal activities and that he did not pose a threat to security and then requested the return of the permanent residence permit.
While the representatives of the Home Office told the court that "Appellant Isuf Dauti is involved in the import and sale of class A drugs, including human trafficking. He is potentially violent in the realization of criminal objectives and involved in money laundering".
As the Home Office listed the names of seven Albanian criminals, some convicted as connected to Isuf and Fation Dautin.

Investigating bank accounts and tax documents, the NCA concluded that Isuf Dauti's income was many times less than his expenses and lifestyle.
The Sunday Express, citing court documents, wrote that Isuf's income with his wife was £26,000 to £30,000 a year.
In six years, 2015-2021, he spent £139,000 on housing rent alone. It has been revealed that one of the houses, where he lived in 2019, was in one of the most expensive neighborhoods of London, Chelsea, and the rent he paid was £2,700 a month.
Bank records revealed purchases made by Isuf Dautaj in the most expensive Harrods toy boutique, including Gucci and Dolce & Gabanna stores.
The Appeal decision is expected to be given in the coming weeks.
After his brother Fation and former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Isuf Dauti is the third Albanian, who faces the Home Office, in the SIAC "Special Commission of Immigration Appeals".
