Other details have been revealed regarding the serious incident, where four people attacked in front of the garden of lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi's son.
In a direct link to Top Story, Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, explains that the lawyer was hit because of his duty, since one of the clients he represented in a property trial won, refused to honor the payment contract.
According to Hoxha, in this particular case it was agreed that after Mêngjesi won the trial where he represented 8 members of the Sheqeri family, among them Dritan Nano (heir from his mother's side), it would be given to him as a construction land.
After the trial, Dritan Nano, already detained under the suspicion of having organized the attack, refused to respect the contract in question.
Meanwhile, one of the perpetrators, self-surrendered Dorjan Alia, who is Nano's son-in-law, has denied that the attack was planned.
Hoxha says that it is expected that the prosecutor's office will ask for prison terms for the two persons in question, under the charge of murder in the line of duty, carried out in collaboration, remaining in the attempt. The same accusation also applies to three other perpetrators who are being sought, namely Drivald Alia, Dojani's cousin, and Romario Tabaku and Elton Kasaj, Drivald's friends.
" The arrest and imprisonment of two people, Dorjan Alina and Dritan Nanos, who has the status of a prisoner, will be requested. They will be charged with murder due to the remaining attempted duty, carried out in collaboration. The same accusation will be made against the other three.
Nano is the father-in-law of Dorjan Ali, the latter is the first cousin of Drivald Ali, announced as wanted, and the other two are friends of Drivald Ali.
The prosecution has confirmed to me that it has seized a contract of 8 members of the Sheqeri family, and a contract signed by Dritan Nano, who are heirs from the mother's side.
Morning has represented them at both levels and after the trial was won, he also requested the taking of responsibilities from the parties according to the contract, the taking of a certain area of land, which was agreed by the parties, that would be given to the lawyer if the case was won. But Nano has objected to giving this property according to the contract.
Dorjan Alia has stated that he did not make a plan with his father-in-law for this attack, but that he saw him by chance and after greeting him and the lawyer did not speak to him, he got nervous, according to him, and attacked him. He also denied that he attacked him with hard objects ", declared Anila Hoxha.
