Missing for 3 weeks, father in Librazhd reports 29-year-old son missing

An elderly man from the village of Stërblevë, in Librazhd, has reported his son missing to the local police.

Law enforcement officials have announced that the 29-year-old has been missing for more than three weeks, but it remains unclear why the father's complaint was only made yesterday.

"On 09.04.2025, citizen P. Gj., 67 years old, resident of the village of Stërblevë, reported to the Librazhd Police Station that on 20.03.2025, his son, citizen M. Gj., 29 years old, had left the apartment. Work is underway to find the 29-year-old," the police statement said.

The procedural materials for this case were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Elbasan, for further investigative actions.
