Carabinieri injured/ 'Turn down the music', 3 Albanian brothers beat the bartender and destroy his bar in Italy. They threaten him with death

They beat him, threatened him with death, and destroyed his bar in front of the police. This is how the argument between the owner of a bar in Trento, Italy, and three Albanian brothers ended on the morning of October 9, 2022. Over 3 years later, they have appeared in court facing charges of assault, threats, and resisting law enforcement.

The incident, according to Italian media, took place in Gardolo, near Trento. It all started when the owner of the "Milena" bar noticed that there was no electricity in the bar and went to check the clock in the building.

As soon as the door opened, one of the brothers immediately attacked him, accusing him of the loud music coming from the bar. The owner told him that the bar closes at 8:00 PM, but that didn't stop the Albanian.

He headbutted him and knocked the Italian to the ground. The injured man managed to enter the bar and call for help, while the carabinieri arrived at the scene.

But the situation got completely out of control. The other two brothers came to the bar and started destroying everything: tables and chairs were thrown at the bar's glass, breaking it, while numerous items inside were damaged.

Even the police were unable to stop them immediately. One carabinieri was injured, while another had the cable of his taser device snapped during the collision.

In the end, the three Albanian brothers, residents of Trento, were arrested and today face charges of wounding, threatening and resisting law enforcement.

The owner of the bar ended up in the hospital with head trauma and multiple injuries to his body, with a medical report of 10 days.

In the last hearing on April 8, his lawyer requested 70,000 euros in compensation for material and health damages. The hearing has been postponed for a more detailed assessment.
