Rolex, Kejvina's land and luxury car, the assets of Redjan Rraja are confiscated

At the request of SPAK, GJKKO decided to confiscate the assets of citizen Redjan Rraja, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the Shkozeti overpass attack, where prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Aleksandër Laho were injured and driver Andi Maloku lost his life. GJKKO has ordered seizure of 9 properties, among them Rolex watches, luxury cars and land.
Redjan Rraja has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the overpass attack in Shkozeti, where prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Aleksandër Laho were injured and driver Andi Maloku lost his life. He was arrested in Shkodër, at the border point of Hani i Hoti, in an attempt to leave for Montenegro, after his fingerprints were found on the vehicle used during the assassination. On the other hand, the accomplice in crime, Arjol Halilaj, was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
SPAK demands the confiscation of Redjan Rraja's property, among them Kejvina Kthjella's "Audi".
POLICE NOTICE:
The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has submitted to the Court the request with the object: Confiscation of assets belonging to the citizen Redjan Rraja and his related persons.
2. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judge Atalanta Zeqiraj, with decision No. 1 date 07.02.2024 decided:
I. The acceptance of the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana.
II. Confiscation of immovable and movable assets, as follows:
1. Property with no. 6/121-N9, zk 8160, vol.22, pg.25, with an area of 30 m2, of the "unit" type, registered on 11.12.2014 in the name of citizen Redjan Asllan Rraja.
2. Property with no. 6/121-N8, zk 8160, vol. 22, pg. 24, surface area 76 m2, of the "unit" type, registered on 23.12.2014, in the name of citizen Redjan Rraja.
3. Property with no. 107/49+1-N2, zk 3292, vol. 60, pg. 140, with an area of 127.5 m2, unit type, registered in the name of citizen Marsela Çiça.
4. Property with no. 107/49-G103, zk 3292, with an area of 18.09 m2, registered in the name of citizen Marsela Çiça.
5. The property with no. 107/49-G104, zk 3292, with an area of 18.09 m2, registered in the name of citizen Marsela Çiça.
6. Vehicle with license plate AA005XY, Audi A8, registered in the name of Redian Rraja on 29.10.2019, after its purchase by citizen Tafil Sina according to the contract with no. 5267 rep, no. 2989 col, dated 24.10.2019, against the value of 20,000 Euros.
7. Gray Audi type vehicle with Italian license plate FË262TË, chassis number ËAUZZZ4G5GN160958, seized from citizen Kejvina Kthella according to the minutes dated November 05, 2019.
8. A wristwatch with a metal strap, gray and yellow, with a black field, numbered on the back 16233 (Rolex).
9. Amount of 2750 euros.
