The deadline for electing the head of the BKH is postponed

SPAK postpones until Tuesday, June 24, the deadline for starting the procedures for electing the new head of BKH.

The reason was the failure to properly submit documentation for the first phase of 11 candidates out of 13 in total, it writes.

Only 2 of them have submitted all the necessary documentation. Among the most well-known names targeting the head of the National Bureau of Investigation are former police chiefs Haki Çako and Gledis Nano, the current deputy director of the BKH, Joni Keta, and prosecutor Andi Pogaçe.
