Albanian student 'clashes' with Jeremic in Cambridge: Serbia committed terrible crimes in Kosovo

Former Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic was present at a conference in Britain some time ago. Jeremic participated in this conference, where many students were present. One of the students present at the Forum was the Albanian student Leart Avazaj, a student at the University of Cambridge. He did not allow Jeremic to propagate at the expense of Kosovo.

I join the work of the anniversaries and say that this month marks the 25th anniversary of the time when 45 Albanians were taken hostage from their homes in the small village of Recak and were killed by Serbian troops. In today's Serbia, this is considered a conspiracy theory, and this is the position of the Serbian state, the state you served and the same state that killed 13,000 civilians in 1998 and 1999, raped thousands of women in 1998/99, and drove millions of Albanians out of their homes, including my family by the way , "said the mathematics student first.
Avazaj further added that he has not heard that Belgrade apologizes for such crimes.
" I have not heard any apology from Serbia. I know you didn't do one during your time as foreign minister. And you talk about Milosevic as a rare exception: “Oh, he was a…crazy dictator, he was our Saddam, we don't have anything like that anymore… Well, that's clearly not true. Because if you see Serbia before Milosevic, as far as Kosovo was occupied by Serbia, the plans for the extermination of Albanians existed with Čubrilovic, Andrić... and if you see Serbia after Milosevic from the time he killed himself, you had (interrupts " he killed what?")" Avazaj added.
The Kosovo Albanian student reminded the former high official of Serbia that the current Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic, was the Minister of Information during Milosevic's time.
" You've got some image-obsessed nationalists who say, 'Oh, we don't like Milosevic,' but who say the same nonsense about Kosovo, and then you have someone who's been leading Serbia for 10 years, who he is almost the disciple of Milosevic, the one who was the Minister of Information in the Government of Milosevic", asserted Avazaj.
While, in the end, the young man from Kosovo has asked for an answer from Jeremic for the facts he conveyed.
" Maybe you can say, "Oh, these 744 people who were found in Batajnica who were killed in Kosovo and taken hundreds of kilometers away to Serbia probably took themselves to Serbia and lay dead. Maybe this is your version of the truth since we want to relativize everything. My question is: how will you come to terms with these facts?!” , he concluded. Jeremic was clearly embarrassed by the words of the boy from Kosovo.
