The escape of a 28-year-old Albanian, wanted for attempted murder, but arrested in Rimini by the police during a check in the territory, has ended. The officers were patrolling in the Miramar area, when they encountered a group of foreigners and decided to identify them.
When it came time to provide his personal details, the 28-year-old's name set off alarm bells and it turned out that he was subject to a detention order issued by the Court of Alessandria.
After being taken to the offices of Piazzale Bornaccini, it was possible to verify why the 28-year-old was wanted. It turned out that last September he had argued with an acquaintance in a betting bar in Acqui Terme.
During the debate, the Albanian stabbed his rival twice with a knife and then left. At the end of the procedures, the 28-year-old was transferred to the "Caseti" prison at the disposal of the justice bodies.
