And as often happens, one side dares to denounce. According to them, the conflict has been going on for more than three years and the confrontations with Artur have been intense, to the point of physical clashes and threats to life.
One party states that property number 30 is a road and cannot possibly be their cousin's property. While the latter continues to insist that it is his land and states that he has a certificate of ownership.
Even in our presence, the confrontation between the cousins was intense, so much so that they did not even spare threats against each other. Both sides have videos of them cursing, pushing, threatening and beating each other, while the authorities seem powerless in this clash of "titans" in Majtarë, Dibra, which risks ending in bloodshed.
Artur provided us with a certificate of ownership, which according to him proves that that part of the road belongs to him, while the lawyer of the Municipality of Dibra, in a phone call with the Piranjas, stated that property 30 is a road.
The case between the parties is still in court, as we speak, while the blood is very hot. On the day of the confrontation between the parties, which took place in our presence, the intervention of the Dibra Police was necessary, which also accompanied the parties to the police station to give their testimony.
While any attempt to bring them to a negotiation is futile, it seems they have lost the logic and language of reason and are including women and children in a battle between men./ Piranjat News
