New details emerge from the file of intercepted conversations between members of the criminal group about the plan to kill the brothers Durim and Valter Bami, a crime which is suspected to have been ordered by the former deputy of the SP, Arben Ndoka, as a sign of revenge for the murder of to his brother Aleksandër Ndoka on 09.12.2017.
In the conversation held between Emiljano Shullazi, from the cell, with one of the most talked about names in the world of crime, Marklen Haka, he tells him that Durim Bami had sent a message to the former socialist deputy that "take out whoever you want except Valter and give me guarantee that we close it together".
But, in the continuation of the conversation, Emiljano Shullazi, after Marklen Haka gives him information about the movements of Durim Bami, addresses him that "how can we catch him, beat him, torture him", adding that " there is no blind guarding it".
" On 06.03.2020, citizen Emiljano Shullazi communicates with citizen Marklen Haka to whom he tells him that...He Durim (Durim Bami) had told Noka (Arben Ndoka) to take out anyone you want except Valter and he gives me a guarantee that we close it together. In continuation, it is suspected that the citizen Marklen Haka gives him information about the vehicles and the movements performed by Durim Bami after they mention the armored vehicle. Emiljano Shullazi writes to him, ...how do we do it, he caught my whore....he snatched her and tortured her, I wanted her to be strangled. That now there is no blind guarding it" , it says in the file.
