Nikulaj Murder/Interpol Tirana ready to extradite 4 Britons and Albanian Edmond Haxhia

The Court of Appeal in London said that Judge Sir Peter Lane dismissed the application to appeal by Edmond Haxhië, Thomas Mithan, Harry Simpson, Harriet Bridgeman and Steven Hunt.
This decision was made on February 25th.
Judge Lane accepted the objections of the Albanian Ministry of Justice, represented by a British prosecutor, as to why the application to appeal the decision should not have been accepted.
Edmond Haxhia and the four Britons unsuccessfully attempted to overturn the August 27 decision of last year by the City of Westminster Magistrate Court, which accepted the Albanian justice request to extradite them.
This means that it could be a matter of weeks before Tirana Interpol officers will have to travel to London to bring them in handcuffs and put them before the Lezha court.
The Lezha Prosecution Office accuses Edmond Haxhina of being the mastermind behind the murder of Ardian Nikulaj by the Portuguese man from England, Ruben Saraiva, on April 19, 2023 in Shëngjin.
While the four British watched the victim, passing information to the executioner Saraiva.
The extradition of the monitoring group will mark the second time a British citizen has been extradited to Albania.
