Eglant Koç's disappearance in Tirana / Court leaves 25-year-old waiter in prison, suspected of helping in hostage-taking

The Tirana Court has imposed the security measure of "prison arrest" for Enea Zyferi, arrested as part of the investigation into the disappearance of 34-year-old Eglant Koçi, who has been missing since June 5.
Zyferi, who worked as a waiter in a bar owned by Armand Shakaj, a wanted person in connection with this case, is accused of supporting the perpetrator of the crime.
During the court hearing held this Wednesday, he denied any involvement in the events and stated that he has no connection to the case being investigated.
Meanwhile, the investigations continue intensively. According to sources from the investigation group, the evidence collected so far, both scientific and circumstantial, has raised strong suspicions that Eglant Koçi may have been murdered.
Authorities are continuing their efforts to fully investigate the incident and locate the people involved.
