The disappearance of Ervis Martinaj / Jeton Lami refuses for the second time to speak to the investigators

The former police officer, Jeton Lami, arrested for providing assistance to the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj, refused to speak.

The Court of Kurbini set the security measure of "prison arrest" for Lam, the agent of the "FAST" search team in the State Police, who was arrested for escorting and transporting Martinaj. Lam is suspected to be the main person who may know the truth behind the mysterious disappearance of Ervis Martin.

The key man of this case, Jeton Lami, has tried to be interrogated twice on what happened to Ervis Martini and the reasons for his association with the businessman, during the time when he was wanted by the SPAK special prosecution. But in both cases, Lami refused to speak on the record before the investigators.

It is learned that the first attempt to interrogate the agent was made in the premises of the General Directorate of the State Police, where Lami was arrested. According to this court decision, it was 13:04 on August 23, when Lam was informed of the arrest.

Immediately after this procedure, the investigation group that is following the case of Ervis Martini's kidnapping and disappearance, requested to interrogate Lam, but he refused.

Por edhe para gjykatës, Lami ka refuzuar të flasë, duke mos dhënë asnjë detaj dhe arsye, se pse shoqërohej në mënyrë të vazhdueshme me Ervis Martinin dhe cili është fati i këtij të fundit. Në vendimin e tij, gjyqtari Aurel Arapi, ka argumentuar se:

"... Lives Lami using his function as an employee of the State Police, where by active actions and inactions he has helped the person declared internationally wanted, Ervis Martini, to evade the justice authorities, by not executing the orders of a decision court for his arrest ..." - said Arapi.
