The 40-year-old driver of the minibus collided with a truck and died on the spot, as did a minor passenger sitting in the front seat,” police said.

Meanwhile, seven people were injured and hospitalized

The minor who died in the collision was 12 years old, foreign media write.

The accident happened on Friday morning on the Vrtojba highway, near the border between Slovenia and Italy.

The police have started investigations related to the disclosure of the incident.
