Billionaire and Donald Trump advisor Elon Musk says the United States should leave NATO.
He made this statement on X, while responding to a commentator who was calling for withdrawal from NATO.
"We really should. It makes no sense for America to pay for Europe's defense," Musk responded.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump is considering withdrawing 35,000 US soldiers from Germany, possibly transferring them to Hungary.
This is what the British newspaper The Telegraph wrote, citing "sources close to the US administration".
Furthermore, a Swedish newspaper says that the US intends to stop participating in the planning of future military exercises.
