Crazy celebrations after the Champions League final, fans clash with police,

Paris Saint-Germain's victory in the Champions League final against Arsenal has been accompanied by major unrest in France, where clashes between fans and police have led to more than 400 arrests.

French authorities deployed thousands of police to maintain order, but celebrations in Paris and other cities degenerated into violent incidents. Fireworks and pyrotechnics were reportedly thrown at security forces, while police used tear gas to disperse crowds in the center of the capital.

Images from Paris showed vehicles and electric bicycles engulfed in flames, as well as damage to several businesses. The Champs-Élysées was filled with thousands of fans immediately after PSG's success, while there were also incidents near the Parc des Princes stadium, where fans had been watching the final on giant screens.

French police said six vehicles, two businesses and a bus station were damaged during the riots. The Interior Ministry reported that 416 people were arrested overnight, 280 of them in Paris alone.

Interior Minister Laurent Núñez stated that seven police officers were injured, describing the events as "absolutely unacceptable."

Meanwhile, French far-right leader Marine Le Pen reacted sharply on social media, declaring that "only in France does the victory of a football club cause riots" and that citizens feel compelled to stay home to avoid violence.
