They committed house robberies in Spain, 3 Albanians arrested
Officers of the Spanish National Police have arrested three people, of Albanian and Hungarian nationality, as suspected perpetrators of five burglaries in houses located in a residential area in Molina de Segura over the last four months.
This operation is part of a wider investigation into robberies in the Molina de Segura residential area, which has revealed the existence of a criminal group specialized in this type of crime.
The investigation began in November after several homeowners reported burglaries in their homes. In all cases, the thieves entered the residences by forcing their way through the perimeter fence. Agents noted similarities in the method used, which allowed them to establish common patterns.
Thanks to the analysis of video surveillance footage and other investigations, the suspected perpetrators acted in a coordinated manner, using communication systems and a high-powered vehicle to facilitate their escape before the arrival of security forces.
After identification, the suspects were arrested and brought before the court. Investigations revealed that the arrested are part of an active criminal group, specializing in robberies in apartments located mainly in isolated areas. They had previously studied the location and security measures before committing the robberies.
In addition to the five robberies charged in the Molina de Segura residential area, they are considered the perpetrators of numerous house robberies in different parts of the Region of Murcia. All three are currently in custody while legal proceedings continue.
