Military parade on Trump's birthday, Americans protest: We don't need kings! (VIDEO)

The military parade, held to mark the 250th anniversary of the US military, coincides with Donald Trump's 79th birthday and comes just days after the US sent troops to Los Angeles to deal with anti-immigrant protests. Protests have been held in connection with the parade under the slogan "We don't need kings in America" .
The parade, which will be held in Washington, will be the largest display of military force in the US capital since at least 1991, when a parade of tanks, soldiers and missiles marked the end of the first Gulf War.
The parade will celebrate the military's history and feature military hardware, air displays and 6,700 uniformed soldiers from past and present. The day will conclude with a promotion and re-enlistment ceremony, a Golden Knights paratrooper display and fireworks. As for the cost, officials have estimated the parade could cost up to $45 million.
The epicenter of the protests is considered to be Philadelphia, where thousands of people gathered in the center of Love Park, with organizers handing out small American flags and people holding protest banners with the slogans "no to oligarchy" and "expel the mini-Mussolinis."
"ICE agents who exceed their legal rights, kill, assault, unlawfully treat people in violation of the law, denying them the right to a fair trial in a manner that constitutes a crime under Pennsylvania law, will be prosecuted ," said Philadelphia Attorney General Larry Krasner.
In Atlanta, organizers are talking about 5,000 protesters, just inside the city's stadium. In North Carolina, crowds applauded anti-Trump speakers and chanted: " We have no kings, Donald Trump must go."
In Minnesota, the terror of the assassination of Democratic politicians prompted organizers to decide to cancel protests. Republican governors in Virginia, Texas, Nebraska and Missouri mobilized National Guard troops, warning that there would be "zero tolerance" for violence, destruction or traffic disruption.
