"Stop it, little man" - Musk and Rubio clashed with the Polish Foreign Minister over Starlink satellites! Tusk calls on allies for respect: Never arrogance!

Donald Tusk, the prime minister of Poland, has called on “friends” to respect their allies and not be arrogant, in a post on the X platform, which did not mention anyone by name, but was published a day after an extraordinary social media spat between senior officials in the US and Poland over the Starlink satellites.
"True leadership means respect for partners and allies. Even for the smallest and weakest ones," Tusk wrote on the X platform.
" Never arrogance . Dear friends, think about this."
The debate began when Elon Musk wrote in a post on his social media platform X early on Sunday that "the entire Ukrainian front line will collapse if I disable it [Starlink]."
Reacting to this statement, MFA Sikorski said that Poland pays $50 million a year for Ukraine to use Starlink, which provides important internet connections for Kiev and its military, and suggested that Poland may need to find another provider if Musk's service is deemed unreliable.
Musk, for his part, responded to Sikorski to "calm down," labeling him a "little man."
In addition, Marco Rubio, the US Secretary of State, accused Poland's Foreign Minister, Radosław Sikorski, of being ungrateful, as "no one has made any threats to disconnect Ukraine from Starlink."
"And say thank you because without Starlink Ukraine would have lost this war a long time ago and the Russians would be on the border with Poland right now."
Sikorski later responded: “Thank you, Marco, for confirming that the brave soldiers of Ukraine can rely on the vital internet service provided jointly by the US and Poland.”
The US government has already removed some access to satellite imagery over Ukraine and cut off intelligence sharing, putting pressure on Kiev as Trump seeks a quick end to the war.
Shares in Franco-British satellite operator Eutelsat surged 650% last week amid speculation that the company could replace Starlink in providing internet access in Ukraine.
In a series of posts on X on the subject, which lasted all day, Musk later said that he would not disable Starlink in Ukraine.
“To be extremely clear, no matter how much I disagree with Ukraine’s policy, Starlink will never turn off its terminals … We would never do such a thing or use it as a bargaining chip.”
