Which areas lead the demand for rental apartments in Tirana? Study shows where young people and families are moving

According to a recent study by Investropa, some interesting data emerges regarding the price and demand of the rental market in the capital, where there is also the most demand. According to the study, the average price of a rental apartment varies depending on many factors such as: area, investments, furnishings or even the type of construction.
Another very important factor is the area where Tirana citizens decide to find their apartment. According to the collected data, it turns out that for young professionals, most apartments for rent are in: Bllok, Tirana e Re and Myslym Shyri. In these areas, a small 1+1 or 2+1 apartment is rented for an average of 45,000 to 70,000 lek per month (about 450–700 euros), depending on the furniture and the standard of the building. What attracts young people the most are good connections to public transport, new or reconstructed buildings and the opportunity to have an active social life just a few steps away from home./ SCAN
