According to the study, the average price of a rental apartment varies depending on many factors such as: area, investments, furnishings or even the type of construction.

According to the collected data, it turns out that for young professionals, most apartments for rent are in: Bllok, Tirana e Re and Myslym Shyri. In these areas, a small 1+1 or 2+1 apartment is rented for an average of 45,000 to 70,000 lek per month (about 450–700 euros), depending on the furniture and the standard of the building.
