Kosovo journalist writes about two Russians who ordered Vlora Hyseni to spy on American diplomat, hackers publish their identities

Fitim Çeku, an Albanian journalist from Kosovo, has published documents leaked by the "Homeland Justice" hacking network, which authorities in Tirana have linked to Iranian networks that are suspected of attacking government systems. Yesterday, the Telegram group published the identities of the Russians.
We are talking about citizens Andrei Glushchenko and Andrei Dotsenko, who, according to the investigative journalist from Kosovo, are two diplomats of the Russian Embassy in Tirana, but are also suspected of working for Russian intelligence services.
Fitim Çeku says that they were informed about these names through information channels 1 year ago, through a "confidential" email. The journalist says that these two Russians helped Vlora Hyseni, Kosovo and Serbia to wiretap American diplomats.
"Vlora Hyseni, along with her associates including Fatmir Sheholli and local agents in Kosovo, allegedly received orders from these two Russians to keep an American diplomat and possibly a journalist from Kosovo under surveillance.
We were informed about these names that are part of the conspiracy in the Balkans through our information channels 1 year ago through a "Confidential" email.
"Surprisingly, a page on Telegram has made these secret documents public, which is presented as a page controlled by the Iranian government, but in all likelihood these documents were released by Ergys Agasi, obtained from Vlora Hyseni," he writes.
The Kosovo Albanian journalist says that now that the scandals have come to light, everyone is fighting to deflect responsibility from themselves.
