The head of the Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) Altin Dumani was today for a report on the work of the institution he leads in the Laws Committee of the Parliament of Albania.
A professional and integrity prosecutor like Mr. Dumani had this procedure routine also because the results of SPAK under his leadership have been impressive and have returned hope to Albanians that the time and day for the unpunished have finally come.
With the calmness that characterizes him, with figures and concrete facts, Altin Dumani knew very well how to answer those who seemed to be worried and were looking for the performance of a bulldozer like Dumani who is leaving his mark as a prosecutor and leader of SPAK in the war to crime and corruption separately, to those government officials who here 34 years ago, no one dared to open the letters to the politicians and the administration, which has been abusing the Albanians' taxes.
Thanks to SPAK, the situation with the fight against crime and corruption has already changed. There are no more untouchables in left and right politics.

This reminds me of Armando Prengë, who with handcuffs was forced and came to vote for the Reform in Justice, this reform that he has already announced as being wanted as connected to crime, as a person who organized and ordered murders.
The hypocrisy of the majority MPs was evident with the praises they gave to Duman's work, and for me this was more of a problem than a real appreciation for him and the work of SPAK.
Deputies of Rilindja present are accused of corruption, at the doors of SPAK, leaders of different levels of SP government have become like a fashion parade, but immersed up to their throats in affairs.
Not knowing what to communicate with Altin Duman, Rilindash representatives in the Law Commission were simply hypocrites and showed their duplicity.
It is time for Altin Dumani to continue the path he started to be in the history of Albania as one of the people who made the state and for this he enjoys the support of the majority of Albanians. Albanian tax thieves are shaking the ground under their feet.
