They left Albania at the age of 18. Today, the Albanian couple owns two restaurants in the USA

Oriola Koçi and Enton Mëhillaj are a couple of Albanian immigrants who have known each other since they were 18 years old in the USA. In addition to being parents to two daughters, they have a great relationship and have also opened two restaurants together.
In a link to "ABC Morning", the couple confessed everything from their acquaintance to the success of their businesses.
" We came to America separately, we came by lottery. We have been together for 19 years and are known in the Albanian community in America. Now we also have businesses together. We chose to keep our surnames because we met very young and I wanted the diplomas to bear my surname. That we are just two girls and I wanted my father to feel this pleasure.
The formula for success is that we get along well, otherwise it wouldn't work. A special feature of our restaurants is that we named them after our daughters. The beginning was very difficult, as we are immigrants. Second, covid than to close something that you have built for so many years, you don't even know what will happen later. However, we sat down and discussed and adjusted the time. We changed the nature of the business, so as not to close it. We were working on delivery", said Oriola.
" We have added some Albanian things to the menu, curd as cheese, leeks. We have tried to approach the taste of Americans. We have divided it, what is the kitchen is my side, what is in front is Ola's side. We have divided it and we do not interfere in the other's work" , said Anthony.
